At Arthouse Props & Studio, since all our items are made to order, we do not accept returns on products sold. Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective items.

In case you are not satisfied with the item, we offer an exchange for a similar product.

If there is an issue with an item, it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery via email to arthousepropsandstudio@gmail.com with the subject line: your order ID – Exchange/Return.

We will review the return/exchange request and may ask you for an unboxing video and photographs of the item in question. We will respond within 1-2 business days with approval for the return/exchange, following which we request you to courier the item back to us at the address mentioned in the email.

Upon approval, you may choose from the following options:

If the specified time frame exceeds, we will not be able to process the return/exchange.

The product must not be used and must be returned in its original condition with packaging and original tags. Arthouse Props & Studio reserves the right to reject returns if the product appears used or damaged by the customer.

Please note that the return courier charges will be covered by the customer.

It may take 5 – 7 working days  amount will be credited back  account.

We will bear the courier cost of the new item, which will be dispatched after we receive the original item.
